After experiencing postnatal depression, Jacqueline began looking more deeply at mindfulness and emotional wellbeing for herself and her daughter.
What stayed with her was how powerful simple practices can be. A little movement. A slower breath. A few quiet minutes to reconnect with your body.
“Mindfulness does not have to be complicated. Sometimes it starts with simply giving children a way to move, breathe and come back to themselves.”
That idea became part of the thinking behind the Sesame Street Yoga Bundle. This is the second mat for our home. My daughter has the unicorns and cupcakes, I have the rose. Im 5’1 and use this for my pilates, yoga and meditation. It’s the perfect size. The fabric is very soft, it’s cool to the touch which is my favorite part. These are made really well and so worth it. My daughter loves hers and doing her yoga cards or any floor play on the mat.

We love this bundle! The yoga mat is amazing and plan to buy a second mat. Incredibly soft, beautiful print(she loves the unicorns) the yoga flash cards are amazing. Easy to copy positions with creative rhyme on back to help understand the pose better. Love how large they are and the cards are soft as well. They come in a box to help keep clean and stored away. This bundle is fantastic!

I was very pleased when I opened it. The mat is very nice. The cards are darling. The art is very good on the cards and they are strong and good quality as is the case. My granddaughter started in right away and I was told she got up the next morning and started doing yoga on her own. I recommend this company.

My 4 year old daughter loves doing yoga with me, so I ordered her the purple yoga mat with the unicorns + the yoga cards and she spends so much time with them daily!
